The Municipal Code establishes the Museum, and currently the Main Museum is not open to tell Riverside's story through exhibitions and programming that features the history, natural history, and cultural history of Riverside.

The 100-year anniversary of the Museum of Riverside is a unique, once-in-100- years opportunity to bring attention to the Museum and Riverside's rich cultural and natural history.
