RIVERSIDE SPECIAL TAX BONDS, SERIES 2022A (TAX EXEMPT)
AND SERIES 2022B (FEDERALLY TAXABLE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Riverside (the "City") will conduct a virtual and in-person public hearing with respect to the proposed issuance of Facilities District No. 2015-2 (Pomelo) of the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California Special Tax Bonds, Series 2022A (Tax Exempt) (the "2022A Bonds") and Community Facilities District No. 2015-2 (Pomelo) of the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California Special Tax Bonds, Series 2022B (Federally Taxable) (the "2022B Bonds" and together with the 2022A Bonds, the "Bonds") in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $6,000,000 for the purpose of (i) financing certain public improvements, including public improvements to be owned by the City and to be owned and operated by the City of Riverside; (i) funding a reserve account for the Bonds; and iii) paying costs of issuance for the Bonds.
The Public Hearing will be held by the City Council on the following date:
