That certain real property located in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, being a portion of Lot 77 of the Southern California Colony Association Lands, as shown by map on file in Book 7, Page 3 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County, California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Westerly corner of that parcel of land described in a Grant Deed recorded May 20, 2004 as Document No. 2004-0381265 of Official Records of Riverside County, California, said line also being the Southwest line of said Lot 77; Thence North 34°03'59" East, leaving said line, a distance of 214.97 feet; Thence North 37°29'39" East, a distance of 308.17 feet to the Northeast line of said Grant Deed; Thence South 60°14'50" East, along said Northeast line, a distance of 7.74 feet to a line parallel with and distant 33.00 feet Northwesterly, measured at right angles from the centerline of West La Cadena Drive (realigned), as shown on Caltrans Right of Way Map No. 982000, page 138 and as Relinquished to the City of Riverside by Relinquishment Request No. 449-R, recorded February 16, 2007 as Document No. 2007-0112305 of Official Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence South 35°58'14" East, along said parallel line, a distance of 522.80 feet to the Southwest line of said Grant Deed;
Thence North 60°15'10" West, along said Southwest line, a distance of 8.80 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
