NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, the City of Riverside Board of Public Utilities will hold an in-person and virtual public hearing in the City of Riverside Art Pick Council Chamber located at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, and by live webcast at www.RiversideCa.gov/Meeting to consider proposed changes to Water Rule 17 Disputed Bill Appeal Process, Electric Rule 21 Disputed Bill Appeal Process, Water Rule 6 Meter Investigations and Adjustments of Bills and Electric Rule 6 Meter Investigations and Adjustments of Bills. The proposed changes do not include any rate increases.
The proposed changes to Water Rule 17, Electric Rule 17, Water Rule 6 and Electric Rule 6 provide clarified language to the dispute process and expedite the process for customers to dispute bills.
The Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Public Utilities on the following date:
