FIRST AMENDMENT TO
MASTER AGREEMENT FOR EMERGENCY CONTRACTOR PANEL

STILWELL CONSTRUCTION, INC.
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO MASTER AGREEMENT FOR EMERGENCY
CONTRACTOR PANEL ("First Amendment"'), is made and entered into this day of → 2022, by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation ("City") and STILWELL CONSTRUCTION, INC., a California corporation ("Contractor") with respect to the following facts:
RECITALS
WHEREAS on or about November 19, 2019, City and Contractor entered into the Master Agreement for Emergency Contractor Panel (RFP No. 1913) ("Agreement"); and WHEREAS the Agreement will expire on June 30, 2022, but may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, not to exceed five (5) years; and WHEREAS City and Contractor desire to extend the term of the Agreement by one (1) additional year, to June 30, 2023, in the amount of not to exceed Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000)/fiscal year,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, City and Contractor agree as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended for one (1) year, to June 30, 2023.
Paragraph 3.1, Contract Price, is hereby amended to not to exceed Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000)/fiscal year.
3. All terms and conditions of the Agreement not inconsistent with this First Amendment, shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full.
