RE: Quick Quack Car Wash – SUPPORT
Dear Chair Kirby:
On behalf of the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, representing over 1,200 local employers and 110,000 jobs in the Inland Southern California region, I am writing to express our SUPPORT for the automated vehicle wash facility, Quick Quack Car Wash, located at 360 E. Alessandro. This item is slated to appear for discussion at the April 28 Planning Commission meeting.
The proposed self -automated vehic le wash facility will provide another amenity to the growing community and revitalize the current site. In addition, the proposed building renovations will unify and complement the current surrounding shopping centers in the area.
The proposed vehicle wash will generate sales tax revenue to the city, generate jobs , and beautify the vacant area. For these reasons, the Chamber requests your support of the proposed Quick Quack Car Wash.
