ABSENT: None
Mayor Lock Dawson called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATION FROM THE AUDIENCE
There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
2021 CITY SPIRIT AWARD NOMINATIONS
Councilmember Conder requested to add Duane and Kelly Roberts to the nominees for the 2021 City Spirit Award.
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Perry and seconded by Member Cervantes to (1) continue the meeting for 30 days and give all Councilmembers 10-days to submit additional names; and (2) bring back the item to discuss award selection process changes for recommendation to City Council. The motion carried unanimously.

AS REQUESTED BY MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE
The Committee requested a review of the selection process for the City Spirit Award nominees.
