That the City Council:1. Approve the Professional Consultant Services Agreement withEurofins Eaton Analytical LLC of Monrovia, California from RFPNo. 2159 for water quality laboratory testing and analyticalservices for a three-year term in an amount of $3,000,000 plustwo optional one-year extensions in an annual amount of$1,000,000; and2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute theProfessional Consultant Services Agreement including makingminor and non-substantive changes, and the two optional one-year extensions.RECOMMENDATIONS
