That the City Council:1. Approve an Agreement for Landscape Maintenance Services withMariposa Landscapes, Inc., of Irwindale, California, for Landscape andGeneral Outside Maintenance Services for Victoria Avenue Parkways andMedians through June 30, 2025 in the amount of $1,238,196 plus 10%contingency in the amount of $123,820 for a total contract amount not toexceed $1,362,016; and2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement forLandscape Maintenance Services, including making minor and non-substantive changes and with the option to extend for three additionalone-year terms.RECOMMENDATIONS
