FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AND CROP AGREEMENT
GLESS RANCH, INC.
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AND CROP AGREEMENT ("First Amendment") is entered into this 2022, by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation (City") and GLESS RANCH, INC., a California corporation ("Gless").
RECITALS
A. WHEREAS, on March 12, 2002, the City and Lessee entered into that certair magend tap maieman Of cal Airs gro, the city, which less provides farming B. WHEREAS, the initial term of the Original Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2022; and
C. WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Original Agrement to extend the term of the Original Agreement for one (I) year, from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.
VOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals, City and Lessee agree to mend paragraph 4 of the Original Agreement as follows
The term of this Original Agreement shall be extended for one (1) year, from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement, which are not inconsistent with the terms of this First Amendment, shall remain in full force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
