RFP DESCRIPTION: The City desires to contract with a qualified professional consultant team to provide an economic impact study of the University of California at Riverside (UCR) campus in relation to its recently adopted Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) using industry standard formulas and the expertise of its staff, supplemented with additional research and interviews, as needed, to quantify UCR’s economic impact as a revenue generator for the local economy balanced with cost impacts on major City departments and present a comprehensive report and summary of the University’s impact.
