FIRST AMENDMENT
TO SERVICES AGREEMENT
NATIONAL RELOCATION SERVICES, INC.
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT ("First Amendment") is made and entered into this 18 _ 2022, by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and NATIONAL RELOCATION SERVICES, INC, a California corporation ("Company"), with respect to the following:
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on or about February 14, 2022, City and Company entered into that certain Services Agreement, for Remodel of Cubicles at the Magnolia Station (Services") in the amount of Forty-Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Ninety-Four Cents ($45,193.94).
WHEREAS, due to unexpected delays and time lapse since the original quote, and due to increases in general costs for all goods and services, an amendment to increase compensation by Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars and Thirty Cents ($8,977.30) is needed for completion of work, City and Company would like to increase the compensation to Fifty- Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy-One Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($54,171.24).
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, City and Company agree as follows:
1. Section 3, Compensation is amended to increase to not to exceed Fifty-Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy-One Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($54,171.24). City shall pay Contractor for Services performed to City's satisfaction on a monthly-basis in accordance with the provisions of the Compensation Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit "B-1."
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement between the parties, which are not inconsistent with the terms of this First Amendment, shall remain in full force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
