This Department has processed this case and determined the sureties, cash deposits, and cash payments required. Before this case may be presented to the City Council for their approval, the following checked items MUST BE SUBMITTED to the Department of Public Works, except as noted below, BEFORE 5 P.M. Payment of the above required sureties, deposits and payments do not constitute approval for recordation of the map. The case will not go forward to the City Council for finalization until all required improvement plans have been approved by this office and all conditions of the map have been met.
