RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING THE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE RIVERSIDE NEW CAR DEALERS ASSOCIATION, ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE ADVISORY BOARD TO THE AUTO CENTER BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, AND LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1, 2022.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Riverside by Resolution No. 23893 stated its intention to hold a public meeting to hear and consider protests to the annual levying of assessments for the Auto Center Business Improvement District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has heard and considered, and ruled on all written and oral protests to the imposition of the annual levy at said hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, pursuant to Section 36535 of the California Streets and Highways Code, as follows:
The Annual Report of the Riverside New Car Dealers Association, acting in its capacity as the advisory board to the District, is confirmed.
The levy for the District is imposed for the fiscal year beginning September 1, 2022, at the rate of $6,100 for each business tax certificate holder located within the boundaries of the District.
