1. Company acknowledges and agrees that all prior perpetual license rights to Commvault software including but not limited to those licenses in the CommCell ID(s) referenced above shall be forfeited and terminated.
2. Commvault will provide a revised license key to Company with any new subscription (10 business ays dry ep and emove al foreted lensevised license key within ten City of Riverside Commvault Systems, Inc.
