ELECTRIC SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM AND ENERGY
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS UPGRADE
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Edwards and seconded by Chair Plascencia to recommend that the City Council approve the Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Open Systems International, Inc., in amount of $2,121,116 with an additional $45,000 for tangible taxable items for the upgrade of existing Open System International Based Electric Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System and Electric Management Systems. The motion carried unanimously.
