THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT (*First Amendment") is made and entered into this _, 2022, by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and HDR ENGINEERING, INC., a Nebraska corporation authorized to do business in California ("Consultant"), with respect to the following:
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant entered into that certain Professional Consultant Services Agreement dated August 1, 2019 ("Agreement") for Various Engineering Services for Public Utilities Dept., Electric Division, Non-G.O. 165 Projects ("Project"); and WHEREAS, the City and Consultant desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term by one (1) year, to June 30, 2023.
