• Review process ensures that clear Strategic Policy
guidelines exist and that the Operational Workplan targets priorities and goals

7 • COVID-19 pandemic experiences brought new perspective on how to carryout the work of the City to advance Council’s Strategic Priorities
• Increased opportunity for staff collaboration and conversation about Workplan and alignment with FY2023 & 2024 Biennial budget • Several challenges were identified through this update process

1. Receive a report and reaffirm or provide input on the City Council Strategic Policy for the Envision Riverside 2025 Strategic Plan; and
2. Receive and file staff’s Operational Workplan updates.
