BONDS ISSUE OF 2022A AND REMARKETING

RIVERSIDE OF THE 2011A VARIABLE RATE REFUNDING
City of Arts & Innovation WATER REVENUE BONDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 8, 2022 the City Council of the City of Riverside (the "City Council"), will hold a public hearing at which time it will consider public testimony concerning the possible issuance by the City of Riverside of principal amount not-to-exceed $70,000,000 of Water Revenue Bonds (the "Bonds") in one or more series, on a tax-exempt basis to finance certain capital improvements to the City's water system. At the same time, it will consider public testimony concerning the possible remarketing of the 2011A Refunding Water Revenue Bonds and conversion from a SIFMA Index Rate Note to a Variable Rate Demand Obligation.
The Bonds will be limited obligations of the City to be paid from revenues of the City Water Utility system. Neither the faith and credit, nor the taxing power of the City, the State of California or any political subdivision thereof will be pledged for the payment of the principal or interest on the Bonds.
