RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside is proud to host the 2022 Annual Festival of Lights. This community event is held along Main Street from Tenth Street to Fifth Street. Each year the event draws visitors from all over the region. The City of Rivers ide is requesting proposals fro m qualified professionals to event security services for the 2022 Festival of Ligh ts as described in the Scope of Services. The successf ul proposer will security services for the duration of the 2022 Festival of Lights.
