BID DESCRIPTION: This project proposes to install a new gravity sewer main on Van Buren Blvd from King Ave. to Wood Rd. and on Washington Str. from Van Buren Blvd. to Krameria Ave. A new sewer pump station will be constructed at the northeast corner of Washington St. and Krameria Ave., together with two new parallel sewer force mains running north along Washington St., then east along Van Buren Blvd. to Wood Rd.
Additionally, improvements are proposed to the existing Wood Rd. sewer pump station to enhance its emergency storage capacity. The proposed improvements will provide sewer services for existing and future businesses fronting Van Buren Blvd.

The Purchasing Division has evaluated all bids received and recommends rejection be made to all bids in compliance with Purchasing Resolution 23914. The Public Works Department concurs with this recommendation and will be submitting a report
