Mutual Propane would be pleased to extend the existing contract terms and conditions for additional year(s). Effective July 1, 2023 through August 31, 2026.
Under the "Acceptance of Proposal " section of the current agreement it states that "This agreement shall continue in force and be binding upon the parties for a period of 1 year(s) from acceptance date, and thereafter from year-to-year unless cancelled by either party". It is our practice to not modify terms and pricing after an agreement is out of contract.
