A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 38138 BE IT RESOLVED that this map consisting of 2 sheets be, and the same is hereby accepted as the final map of Parcel Map 38138.

In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, being a subdivision of Parcel 1 of Certificate of Compliance No. CO-P010-0766 as recorded on June 20, 2011 as Instrument No. 2011-0269727 in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County.
The easements designated as "5' P.U.E." is hereby accepted as an easement for the construction and maintenance of electric energy distribution and telecommunication facilities.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riverside, State of California.
