approved the Envision Riverside 2025
Strategic Plan . The Strategic Plan is
comprised of two components:
1. Strategic Policy (developed by City Council)
2. Operational Workplan (developed by staff)

– Reaffirmed by the Inclusiveness, Community Engagement, and Governmental Processes Committee on October 5, 2022.
• Review process ensures that a clear Strategic Policy guides staff’s Operational Workplan.
