Chair Cervantes convened the meeting at 3:30 p.m.

DISCUSSION CALENDAR
HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION COMMUNITY SUPPORT GRANT PROGRAM UPDATE Following discussion, it was moved by Chair Cervantes and seconded by Member Conder to (1) receive and order filed an update on the Human Relations Commission Community Support Grant program in partnership with the City of Riverside's Neighborhood Engagement Division; and (2) forward to City Council for approval and initiation of the program. The motion carried unanimously.
