THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT ("First Amendment") is made and entered into this
been tri ma a Rentersinto A SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE FORMER REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE (Owner") and INLAND PACIFIC ADVISORS, INC., a California corporation ("Property Manager") with respect to the following:
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Owner and Property Manager entered into a Property Management Agreement dated January 8, 2018 ("Agreement"), for property located at California Tower, 3737 Main Street ("Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term of the Agreement through September 30, 2024, providing that the term shall continue on a month-to- month basis thereafter, unless cancelled by either party with thirty (30) days' prior written notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, Owner and Broker agree as follows:
Section 1.1, Commencement and Termination, of the Agreement is hereby amended to extend the term through September 30, 2024, providing that the term shall continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter, unless cancelled by either party with thirty (30) days' prior written notice.
All terms and conditions of the Agreement, not inconsistent with this First Amendment, shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full.
