YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of the City of Riverside will hold a virtual and in- person Public Hearing regarding the following item:

PROPOSAL: The Cultural Heritage Board recommends
that the City Council consider approval of a Historic
Designation request for City Landmark designation of
Powell-Wheeler Residence.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The Cultural NORTH
Heritage Board recommends that the City Council
determine that this proposal is exempt from the
