Chair Plascencia convened the meeting at 3:30 p.m.

INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS RELATED TO WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION
FACILITIES UPDATE
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee (1) received and ordered filed the update on the City's industrial development regulations related to warehousing and distribution facilities; and (2) directed staff to return to Committee with a revised Matrix of potential policy actions to include Committee priority, level of effort and staff capacity, timeframe to completion, and required resources related to industrial development, warehouses, and distribution facilities.

There were no future items requested at this time.
