FIRST AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR
TEMPORARY PRESS RENTAL AND DEWATERING
SYNAGRO-WWT, INC.
This FIRST AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT ("First Amendment") is made and entered into this _day of _ 2022, by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and SYNAGRO- WWT, INC., a Maryland corporation, authorized to do business in the State of California ("Contractor").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on September 6, 2022, City and Contractor entered into a Services Agreement for Services for Temporary Press Rental and Dewatering ("Agreement"); and WHEREAS, City and Contractor desire to increase compensation for the Agreement in the amount of Two Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($226,320.00), for a new Contract Price not to exceed Five Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Forty Dollars ($537,640.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, City and Contractor agree as follows:
Paragraph 3, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase compensation in the amount of Two Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($226,320.00), for a new Contract Price not to exceed Five Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Forty Dollars ($537,640.00).
2. All terms and conditions of the original Agreement not inconsistent with this First Amendment shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein by this reference as though set forth in full.
