Ed - below is the email from Synagro to continue operations past the original 20 days as originally planned.
It is critical to keep Synagro onsite when we re-install and test run the Centrysis and for additional time to help lower the Sludge Holding Tank. I would like to keep Synagro for an additional 20 working days. Below is the cost estimate (combination of daily rate plus biosolids transportation/disposal.
Daily Rate: 20 days @ $5,316/day - $106,320
Biosolids Trans/Disp: 20 days @ 50 tons/day @ $120/ton - $120,000 Total: $226,320
With you approval we will work with purchasing/legal/etc to process this additional work.

the daily rate won't change. I am trying to work on a better trucking number for you. if you want to proceed with the current rates and a commitment from us that they will not go higher, I will continue to pursue other trucking options. thanks
