6 RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council:
1. Approve a new Subrecipient Agreement for the Homeless, Housing Assistance, and Prevention Program Round 2 with Path of Life Ministries in the amount of $876,000 and add 10 additional dedicated beds; and
2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Subrecipient Agreement for the Homeless, Housing Assistance, and Prevention Program Round 2 with Path of Life Ministries including making minor and non-substantive changes.
