Chair Hemenway convened the meeting 3:03 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE
There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 ANNUAL AUDIT REPORTS FROM LANCE, SOLL & LUNGHARD, LLP Following discussion, it was moved by Vice Chair Cervantes and seconded by Chair Hemenway to (1) receive and order filed the annual financial audit reports for Fiscal Year 2021-2022; and (2) recommend that the City Council reappoint Lance, Soll & Lunghard, LLP, to serve as the City's independent auditor to conduct the annual audit for Fiscal Year 2022-2023. The motion carried unanimously.
ITEMS FOR FUTURE COMMITTEE CONSIDERATION
Vice Chair Cervantes requested to re-schedule the April 12, 2023, meeting to Friday April 14, 2023 at 1 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 3:32 p.m.
