Chair Plascencia convened the meeting at 3:30 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE
Mike McCarthy spoke regarding the Orangecrest Specific Plan.
REVIEW OF DIMINISHMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE NO. 7
Following discussion, it was moved by Chair Plascencia and Member Edwards to (1) receive and order filed the report on diminishment of the Agricultural Preserve No. 7 and (2) recommend the City Council approve a resolution to diminish the Agricultural Preserve No. 7. The motion carried unanimously.
ITEMS FOR FUTURE COMMITTEE CONSIDERATION
Chair Plascencia requested an update Riverside Accelerating Clean Energy by 2040 (RACE/2040) Study.
