RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 21322
TO REVISE THE PARKING RATE AND HOUR SCHEDULE TO
PROVIDE FOR NEW PARKING P ROGRAMS, RATES, AND
HOURS OF OPERATION.
WHEREAS, on January 16, 2007, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 21322 setting forth the Downtown Parking Rate and Hour Schedule for the various Municipal Parking Facilities within the Downtown area; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 21322 has been amended as follows:
• November 27, 2012, Resolution No. 22478
• November 19, 2013, Resolution No. 22600
• December 17, 2013, Resolution No. 22615
• January 24, 2017, Resolution No. 23139
• March 21, 2017, Resolution No. 23160
• November 13, 2018, Resolution No. 23382
• June 2, 2020, Resolution No. 23585
• March 16, 2021, Resolution No. 23691
• July 6, 2021, Resolution No. 23736
• February 15, 2022, Resolution No. 23828; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to further amend Res olution No. 21322 to provide for changes to the Parking Rate and Hour Schedule to include new parking programs , rates, and hours of operation, all as set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, California as follows:
Section 1 : Resolution No. 21322 is hereby amended to provide for new parking programs, rates, and hours of operation.
Section 2: T hat the Parking Rate and H our Schedule is hereby revised in its e ntirety as set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, wh ich revisions shall become effective upon the adoption of this resolution.
