On behalf of Rosenbauer Minnesota LLC, and Velocity Fire Equipment I am pleased to provide this proposal to the Riverside Fire Department for two (2 ) 2024 Rosenbauer Commander Type 1 Pumper s per the attached Rosenbauer proposal specifications. The proposed apparatus have been engineered and designed to meet the needs of your agency and will be constructed using the highest quality materials and workmanship available in the industry. These apparatus will provide the utmost in firefighter safety and efficiency on the fire ground coupled with a long service life and low maintenance cost throughout the life of the vehicle s. The proposed apparatus are offered through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchase Program, Rosenbauer contract number 113021-RSD.
This proposal includes the following:
• Two (2) custom Type 1 pumpers as per the provided proposal specifications o The proposed apparatus include a lifetime body structural warranty • Five (5) year extended chassis and body warranties
• Contingency fund in the amount of $10,000 (per unit)
• Tool and Equipment mounting fund in the amount of $20,000 (per unit) • Travel for three (3 ) fire department representatives to the Rosenbauer manufacturing facility in Wyoming Minnesota for a pre-construction conference, mid-point apparatus inspection and final apparatus inspection
• Radio & communications package per provided specifications through Johnson Equipment Co. • Apparatus delivery to the Riverside Fire Department after final acceptance is completed • Three (3) days of new apparatus orientation
• Sourcewell cooperative contract fees
• Performance Bond fees
• California DMV registration
• California sales tax
Contract Details:
• This offer shall remain valid until end of business Wednesday May 31, 2023. After May 31, 2023, if there are no major upsets in the economy or component costs, Rosenbauer will extend this pricing through July 2023, but a price hold beyond May 2023 cannot be guaranteed at this time. • Purchase order to be issued to:

Discount Pricing Option:
Should your agency choose to take advantage of a “chassis pre -payment discount”, the city will be invoiced at completion of the custom chassis builds in the amount of $433,273 per chassis with payment due within thirty (30) calendar days.

**Note; the amounts quoted above are for the proposed cab/chassis as currently specified. Any changes to these specifications will result in appropriate chassis cost and discount revisions.
Delivery:
The proposed apparatus will be completed within 750 calendar days or less after receipt of a signed purchase order by Rosenbauer Minnesota LLC.
Payment:
Upon receipt of invoice by the City, payment of one-hundred percent (100%) of the remaining contract amount shall be paid within thirty (30) calendar days of final acceptance of the apparatus by the Fire Department.
