A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 37732 BE IT RESOLVED that this map consisting of 7 sheets be, and the same is hereby accepted as the Final Map of Tract No. 37732.
In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, being a subdivision of Lots 18, 32 and the East one-half of the East one-half of Lot 31 of Woodcrest Acres, in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, as per map recorded in book 11, page 62 of maps. Located in Section 29, T.3S, R.4W, S.B.M.
Lots "A" through "C", inclusive are hereby accepted for public street purposes subject to the installation of improvements to the satisfaction of the public works director of the City of Riverside.
Lots "A" through "I", inclusive are hereby accepted for public utility purposes and other public services.
The easements designated as "Sanitation Services Easement" are hereby accepted as easements for emergency access, together with the right of ingress and egress to perform services related to trash removal, public utilities, including but not limited to electrical, water, cable television and communications systems.
We hereby dedicate to the City of Riverside, the easements designated as "public storm drain easement" as shown hereon.
The easements designated as 6 foot public utility easement (p.u.e.) are hereby accepted as easements for the construction and maintenance of electric energy distribution and telecommunication facilities.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riverside, State of California.
