Pursuant to the provisions of Riverside County Ordinance No. 695 as adopted by the City of Menifee, you are hereby notified, ordered, and required to abate any/all hazardous vegetation (i.e. weeds) as specified below from your property listed above. The Riverside County Assessor's records list you as the owner of, or contact person, for this property.

r property must be removed by May 31, 2016, or the City of Menifee Buil ding Official, or his designee, may
order said vegetation removed by public employees, private contractors, or other persons. The cost of said removal shall be levied with an added Administrative Fee of $126 per pa rcel, and directly billed to you. Any unpaid bill may result in said fee with additional fines assessed against the property as a SPECIAL LIEN. Additionally, failure to remove said hazardous vegetation from your property may result in other civil, administrative or criminal penalties.
The requirements
of this NOTICE AND ORDER TO ABATE shall be satisfied by disking, mowing, brush‐cutting, and/or handwork and removal of cut material of the dangerous vegetation as indicated below:
The parcel (including easements as required) shall have weeds cut and maintained as noted below AND free of junk or debris at all times.
You shall keep clear a 100‐foot wide strip where you are adjacent to a parcel with a structure. You shall keep clear a 100 foot wide strip where you are adjacent to any roadway.
APPEALS INFORMATION
An APPEAL from this order may be taken by presenting a WRI TTEN APPEAL to the City Clerk—Weed Abatement Appeal, 29714 Haun Road, Menifee, California, 92586, within TWENTY (20) calendar days of the post mark on this NOTICE AND ORDER TO ABATE.
ENDANGERED OR PROTECTED SPECIES
For those parcels which contain a documented or identified endangered or protected species which li mit or prohibit the required abatement of a parcel, the property owner must notify the City of Menifee Code Enforcement Department, in writing, prior to the compliance date each year; all supporting documentation must also be provided by the property owner.
IF THERE IS A PERMITTED HOUSE ON THIS PROPERTY OR IF YOU ARE NOT THE LEGAL OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY, PLEASE DISREGARD THIS NOTICE.
