SECOND AMENDMENT TO
MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES

Civil Engineering Design, Environmental Document Preparation and Environmental Construction Monitoring, Landscape Design, Geotechnical Engineering Investigation, Surveying, and Construction Inspection and Management
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES ("Second Amendment"), is made and entered into this day of _ 20 _ ("Effective Date"), by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation ('City"), and CONSULTANT, a California corporation ("Consultant"), in accordance with the following facts:
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on April 5, 2019, the City and Consultant entered into a Master Agreement for Professional Consultant Services, Civil Engineering Design, Environmental Document Preparation and Environmental Construction Monitoring, Landscape Design, Geotechnical Engineering Investigation, Surveying, and Construction Inspection and Management ("Master Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, on _ City and Consultant entered into a Supplemental Agreement of Assigned Project for Geotechnical Engineering Services required during construction of the various projects throughout the City of Riverside ("Supplemental Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, on , City and Consultant entered in the First Amendment to Professional Consultant Services for Civil Engineering Design, Environmental Document Preparation and Environmental Construction Monitoring, Landscape Design, Geotechnical Engineering Investigation, Surveying, and Construction Inspection and Management; and WHEREAS, the term of the Master Agreement is set to expire on April 5, 2023; and WHEREAS, the City desires to have Consultant continue providing the services referenced in that Master Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant desire to amend the Master Agreement to extend the term of the Agreement for one additional year, to end April 5, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals, which are incorporated herein to the Master Agreement, the parties hereto mutually agree to the following amendment to the Agreement:
Section 3, "Term," is hereby amended to extend the term of the Agreement for one additional year, to end April 5, 2024.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Master Agreement, Supplemental Agreements), and First Amendment to Master Agreement for Professional Consultant Services not inconsistent with the terms of this Second Amendment shall remain in full force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
