PRESENT: Chair Perry, Vice Chair Conder, and Member Plascencia ABSENT: None

Chair Perry convened the meeting at 1:00 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATION FROM THE AUDIENCE
There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
DENIAL OF VEHICLE FOR HIRE PERMIT APPLICATION - APPEAL BY DANA CROSBY Following discussion, it was moved by Vice Chair Conder and seconded by Member Plascencia to deny the appeal by Dana Crosby based on Riverside Municipal Code Section 5.40.180(D) (4) Vehicle for Hire Permit, and, specifically, on the grounds that the applicant or driver's permit holder has falsified, misinterpreted, or omitted pertinent information in the application. The motion carried unanimously.
DENIAL OF VEHICLE FOR HIRE PERMIT APPLICATION - APPEAL BY SAVANAH HILL Following discussion, it was moved by Member Plascencia and seconded by Vice Chair Conder to grant the appeal by Savanah Hill and direct the Police Department to issue the Vehicle for Hire permit. The motion carried unanimously.
