WHEREAS, the City and Consultantenteredinto that certainProfessionalConsultant ServicesAgreement, datedJune 12, 2015 ("Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the City and Consultantenteredinto that certainFirst Amendmentto ProfessionalConsultantServicesAgreement, datedAugust 19, 2019 ("First Amendment"); and WHEREAS, the. City and Consultantenteredinto that certainSecondAmendmentto ProfessionalConsultantServicesAgreement, datedJune30, 2020 ("Second Amendment"); and WHEREAS, theAgreementiscurrentlygoingto expireonJune30, 2021; and WHEREAS, the City has been satisfied with Consultant's performanceunder the Agreementanddesiresto haveConsultantcontinueprovidingtheservicesreferencedin thatAgreement; and WHEREAS,. theCity andConsultantdesireto amendthe Agreementto extendtheterm to June 30, 2022.

COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS HEAVY- DUTY FREIGHTLINER 114SD DUMP TRUCK - PUBLIC
WORKS DIVISION
TheCity Council approved the purchase of one compressed natural gas heavy-duty Freightliner 114SD dump truck from PB Loader Corporation Fresno, California, in the amount of $ 255, 084. 60 from the Sewer Fund.
COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS VACTOR TRUCK - PUBLIC WORKS ENGINEERING DIVISION -
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION
The City Council ( 1) approved the purchase of one compressed natural gas Vactor truck from Haaker Equipment Company La Verne, California, for Public Works Engineering Division in the total amount of $ 483, 223. 28; ( 2) with at least five affirmative votes, authorized an increase in revenues and supplemental appropriation in the same amount of $ 241, 611. 64 in the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System ( NPDES) Storm Drain Fund; ( 3) with at least five affirmative votes, authorized a supplemental appropriation of 241,611.64 in the Air Quality Improvement Fund; and ( 4) authorized the City Manager, or hisdesignee, to execute all documents necessary to complete the purchase, including making minor and non - substantive changes.

AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS - TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE SERVICES
The City Council ( 1) approved the Third Amendment to the current Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Howroyd- Wright Employment Agency, Inc., ( dba Appleone Employment Services), Kimco Staffing Services, Inc., and Peak Technical Services Inc., to provide temporary employment services from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, with the option of two one- year renewals after June 30, 2022, or through June 30, 2024; and ( 2) authorized the City Manager or his designee to execute the Third Amendment to the Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Howroyd- Wright Employment Agency, Inc., ( dba Appleone Employment Services), Kimco Staffing Services, Inc., and Peak Technical Services, Inc., including making minor and non - substantive changes.
