RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside is requesting proposals from li censed and qualified plumbing contractor(s) to provide on -call plumbing services for emergency and nonemergency work. The plumbing contractor shall possess at the time of submitting proposal and throughout the term of the contract a valid, current, and active Class C-36 Plumbing license issued by the California State Contractor Licensing Board. The plumbing contractor should be knowledgeable in the maintenance, repair, installation, and replacement of residential and commercial plumbing components. The City anticipates selecting one plumbing contractor but may select multiple plumbing contractors to ensure that the City has the necessary resources to effectively respond to plumbing related calls and emergencies. The City intends to award the contract(s) as m ulti-year, renewable contract(s) that are subject to funding availability and City Council approval.

COMMENTS:
