BID DESCRIPTION: The project entails new sidewalk improveme nts on Rustin Avenue between 1928 Rustin Avenue and Spruce Street. The project improvements include, but are not limited to; tree and shrub removal; construction of concrete sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, retaining curb, bus stop pad and shelter; installation of traffic signing and striping.
