[Govt. Code §54956.8] If the City, as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency, authorizes approval and renders the agreement final concluding the real estate negotiations, the substance of said agreement and the approval thereof, including the vote or abstention of each member, shall be reported in open session at the public meeting during which the closed session is held.
