Chair Fierro convened the meeting at 3:03 p.m.

SUBCONTRACTOR AND CONTRACTOR TRANSPARENCY UPDATE AND VERIFICATION
PROCESS
Following discussion, it was moved by Chair Fierro and seconded Member Hemenway to (1) receive and order filed the current subcontractor verification process and (2) recommend that the City Council adopt an ordinance to formalize a policy updating the City's subcontractor verification process to ensure fair labor standards are upheld. The motion carried unanimously with Vice Chair Edwards absent.

PLACEMAKING UPDATE
The Committee received an update on Placemaking.
BRANDING/MARKETING UPDATE
There was no update received on Branding/Marketing.
