1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT
IHEARTMEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT, INC.
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT (“First Amendment ”) is made and entered into t his __________ day of ____________________, 2023, by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a Cal ifornia charter ci ty and municipal cor poration (“City”), and IHEARTMEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT, INC., a Nevada corporation, authorized to do business in California, as successor in interest to CITICASTERS CO. (“Licensee”), with respect to the following:
RECITALS
A. The City and Licensee entered into that certain License A greement dated February 7, 2020 (“Agreement”), for City utilization of the pr operty for the Pellisier Ranch, Assessor’s Parcel Number 0277-022-75 (Property).
B. The City and Licensee desire t o extend the term of the Agreement by Eighteen (18) Months
NOW, THEREFORE, incorporating the recitals set out above, the parties hereto mutually agree to the following amendment to the Agreement.
1. Section 2, Te rm, is hereby amended to exten d the term of the Agreement by Eighteen (18) months to expire on May 30, 2026.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement between the parties, which are not inconsistent with the terms of this First Amendment, shall remain in full force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
