RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking qualified entities or individual (“Companies”) to provide Municipal financial advisory services. To best serve the City and to facilitate the evaluation of proposals, services are separated into six (6) possible sectors within the City, which are: 1) General Fund and RDA; 2) Sewer Fund; 3) Electric and Water Funds (RPU); 4) Special Districts (Community Facility Districts and Asses sment Districts), 5) Swap and Arbitrage (all funds), and 6) Real Estate and Financial Advisory (P3 projects).
