Unauthorized disclosure could be harmful to Select Equipment Sales, Inc. and by acceptance, prospective buyer agrees not to publish, copy or reproduce the contents without the express written consent of Select Equipment Sales, Inc.. Customer agrees not machine(s) and will return any or all information contained herein to Select Equipment Sales, Inc. upon request. This proposal becomes binding and non-cancellable at ten (10) days from the date of acceptance. Cancellation- All cancellations must be confirmed in writing within the ten (10) day cancellation period. Payment- Payment for goods or services provided by Select Equipment Sales, Inc. shall be considered due and payable in full by the date of delivery.
Attorneys Fees-In the event that any suit or action is instituted to enforce any provision of this Agreement, Select Equipment Sales, Inc. shall be entitled to recover the costs and expenses of enforcing any rights under this Agreement, including without limitation, such reasonable attorney's fees and expenses.
