RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “Consultant” to provide landscape architectural, electrical, mechanical, civil, structural engineering, and any other design services needed for the Patterson Park renovation and El Dorado Park Walking Trail (“Project”). The Consultant will act as the Pr oject’s primary Consultant responsible for design and engineering services required for se curing approved engineer ed improvement plans, permits, bid documents, technical specifications, construction documents, construction observation, and other services associated with the renovation of Patterson Park and El Dorado Park.
