CITY OF MILITARY EQUIPMENT USE POLICY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on August 15, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as such matter can be heard, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Riverside in the Art Pick Council Chamber located at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California 92522, at which time the City Council will conduct a review of the Military Equipment Use Policy of the Riverside Police Department as well as the use of specific law enforcement equipment, required pursuant to Assembly Bill 481 and California Government Code sections 7070 through 7075.
The Public Hearing will be held by the City Council on the following date:
