9 Approve the Conceptual Framework Proposal; and
1. Authorize the City Manager, to prepare an agreement; and
2. Authorize a supplemental appropriation not to exceed – $2.5 million inclusive of a $1.5 million capital lease or $1.4 million purchase for three (3) all-electric, autonomous shuttles,
– “safety drivers” not to exceed $400,000 and
– related costs including, but not li mited to, maintenance and repair, electricity, and insurance; and
3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the agreement.
